This diesel pick-up truck was off the beaten path. We received a call for a motorist that has slid off a dirt road along a river. After arriving on scene the operator noticed that the front left wheel of the vehicle was actually in the Susquehanna river. There was about 4 feet under the front left wheel before reaching the water level. We recovered this truck quickly and towed it to our auto repair facility to get this customer back on the road promptly.  

This is a truck that we recovered on a dirt road that slid into the river and separated his right side tie rod end.  We towed this vehicle to our facility at approximately 7pm on a Sunday evening. Our highly trained technicians initiated repairs immediately after its arrival. The left front tie-rod end was replaced and the vehicle was aligned and ready for pick up that same evening. The customer was happy to be driving the truck to work that next morning!

This customer was on his way to vacation in New York state when his pick-up truck began to have transmission failures. The customer requested that we tow his truck as well as his camper back to our location while in the midst of deciding what he wanted to do with his vehicle. 

These vehicles and boats were abandoned at one of our customers rental facilities. As promised to our customer, we will not allow abandoned and illegally parked vehicles interfere with your business. 

This customer was disabled alone Route 15 south in DIllsburg, PA. The customer advised his truck shut off and would not restart. After speaking with the customer we can familiar with the urgency of his travels.  We immediately sent a truck to the customer and got him and his vehicle to our shop quickly. Upon our arrival our technicians began diagnosing the truck and had the repairs done within the hour of the original dispatch. We had this customer back on the road in less then 2 hours. 

Between our dispatchers and our operators, we are dedicated to our community. When accidents happen, we promise we will be there within 15 minutes. Whether it be a rollover at 4am in a blizzard or a vehicle on its side at 3pm when its 75 degrees and sunny.... We will be there.
